Amazon, is not just the coolest thing ever? I love Amazon, sometimes you order and its here the next day. I don't know of to many things you can't order, maybe a car just a matter of time I'm sure.
I went to Target this morning. I don't shop at Target very often, I feel they are a little pricey, but none the less I went I was looking for these coffee cups I saw on one of the groups I belong to, to use with my circuit machine. They have a good selection of the kind of stuff mike likes to eat, but just like any where its is always costly, it cost money to be healthy people. So I walk out of there $175.00, I'm like
WTF did I buy, lol all food mind you, I got two of the cups because they are metal not ceramic like I thought  they were.  Thank goodness my social security check today.

Anybody else get one of those checks in the mail. I was just visiting with my good friend from Arizona and ask if she had put in for hers yet.

Garden tips, you got any I am already thinking about next year,and what will I grow.

My stepdad gave me two butterfly bushes which I planted I cannot wait to see how they grow, because at their house oh my goodness there were butterflies all over theirs, it was so surreal.

I know I am skipping all over here,but I just kind of go with the flow, meaning whatever hits me at the time that is what I write about.

Well life I good on the home front, I woke up and I seem to be feeling well, some days not so much, I always have aches and pains.
