I woke up this morning around 1:00 am something with a really bad headache, I feel I have no one to blame for this but myself, meaning that after a year and a half ago when I did the whole diet change thing, I realize that sugar was not good for me. When I chose to do the clean 20, which by the way is a great book if you want to change the way you eat.
Anyway to this day I have not had soda, my sugar intake is way less than what it use to be, I cut out for the most part candy. When I went threw that process, my headaches completely went away, and I had all this energy. I went for almost three months I think without a headache. I also lost 25 pounds, my goal was not to lose weight but to feel better, I have kept the weight off, I would imagine because I still don't drink soda anymore and candy intake is still pretty good meaning once in a while I eat candy bar something like that. I do however eat cake, sweets homemade stuff, I am going to have to really take note of what I eat with sugar, because I feel this is what causes my headaches.
Some people are very fortunate to never have or get headaches, my hubby hardly ever gets a headache. So I made myself some breakfast, skipped the coffee this morning, and going to really watch what I eat today.
