So I have been very busy Quilting,canning and crocheting,
these are the things that make me happy, How about you?
Life is good, oh and I did the clean 20 diet,not really a diet just change my way of eating
lost almost 20 pounds,now I was not big to begin with,but I gave up soda and candy.
trying to eat things that are good for me.Trying to cut back on my sugar intake and I also gave
up artificial sweetener. I have been able to keep my headaches from being so frequent and
less severe. I also feel much better and have a lot more engery.
